Refund Policy
For the safety of your animals, Mother of Reptiles offers a 100% replacement or refund for any deliveries which have thawed and exceed a temperature of 40F during transit. The safety of the animals is our #1 priority.
Each shipment is insulated and packed with dry ice to ensure the product remains frozen or below 40 degrees during shipment. Although we have taken preventative measures, thawing may occur if the packaging is damaged during transit or if the package is delayed. Though this is outside our control, we realize and appreciate the investment you have put into your animal by purchasing our products.

To qualify for the 100% replacement or refund, we must be contacted at contact@motherofreptiles.com with a photo of the product and packaging within the same day of delivery by 8pm EST.
